    • Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
    • Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, JavaScript or Ruby on Rails
    • A deep understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
    • Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming, and web application development
    • Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools
    • Basic knowledge of the Search Engine Optimization process
    • Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
    • Strong organizational skills and business acumen to be able to multi-task and meet sometimes stringent timelines and limited budgets.
    • Ability to hit the ground running, quicken the learning curve and be adaptive
    • A minimum of 3 – 5 years of work experience with noteworthy projects that you can showcase

What you would need:

    • The ability to translate those quirky ideas of yours into effective design including print, digital, web, identity, and more
    • Strong understanding of designs, concepts, and layout principles
    • The ability to understand the psychology of a brand and its assets
    • Strong aesthetic sense and cultural contexts (something that works well in Europe may not work well in the Middle East!)
    • Creative ability to manage projects from start to finish
    • A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience (and a portfolio that reflects it).
    • Being a wizard with Photoshop and Illustrator; HTML coding and proto typing a plus.
    • The ability to remain somewhat unfazed during deadline dramas

    • Experience working in Illustration, Animation, Flash, Photoshop, conversion tools for HTML and after effects.
    • Proficiency in sketching, perspective, proportions.
    • Penchant for character illustrations.
    • Highly developed sense of brand aesthetics and knowledge of colour psychology
    • The ability to create storyboards and illustrations /animations as per textual or Visual storyboards provided
    • Good communication and listening skills
    • A minimum work experience of 2 – 3 years is desirable. Freshers can also apply but should be open to creating collaterals as a part of the selection process

As the one point of contact with clients your responsibilities will include managing all day-to-day operations of the business making sure that all deliverables to the clients are fulfilled. For this you will need to excel at:

    • Cultivating a great relationship with clients from the closure of their deal through the period of their association with the company
    • Managing key components of client briefing, creative development, client approvals and ongoing client support
    • Creating and managing documentation for client project management
    • Coordinating cross-functional resources to ensure efficient service delivery
    • Consistently reflecting on current processes and communicating the benefits and drawbacks to ensure that the company betters it's standards each day
    • Negotiation, details-orientation with strong focus on following-through
    • Being a custodian, who oversees all aspects of the projects from strategy, social media, and content syndication to balancing clients and the creative team with efficiency.
    • A keen interest in understanding the new marketing innovations and trends in the digital, print and media industry.

    In addition to this, you will ideally need to have:

    • A minimum of 3 – 4 years of work experience
    • A good command over the English Language
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Knowledge of creative building / publishing and a background in advertising/media business development will be a plus point.
